Very nice brushes. Simple yet elegant.

For those of you trying to figure out how to use this brush, download the file and copy the .abr file to your Adobe Photoshop folder under \presets\brushes with the rest of them. In Photoshop, hit F5 to bring up your brushes window, click the little button on the right edge of the tab, select Load Brushes..., then pick the sakura blossoms brush file you just copied.

For added fun, select one of the sakura brushes, then mess with some of the settings in the Brush window. (Scattering, Shape dynamics > Angle jitter, Color dyanamics > Saturation jitter)
